What Is Fibra Detox?
Fibra Detox is a colon cleanser that is supposed to be able to aid in fat burning, reduce any bloating, speed up your metabolism, relieve constipation, and eliminate hemorrhoids. Although these aren’t extremely abnormal claims for a colon cleanser to make, we decided to do a little more research to see what Fibra Detox has to bring to the table.
Does It Work?
It is extremely hard to find any information about Fibra Detox because all of its websites are either barely legible or just full of spam, but we did manage to find its three main ingredients: Psyllium, muciligenic fibers, and white oak bark.
The fact that Fibra Detox has Psyllium is definitely an encouraging sign. Psyllium is a dietary fiber that is not absorbed by the small intestine. This allows Psyllium to absorb excess water as it travels all the way through your digestive track, and then to healthily stimulate bowel elimination upon entering the colon.
However, the fact that their next most promising ingredient is muciligenic fibers doesn’t inspire as much confidence. Although there is nothing wrong with muciligenic fibers, they are just a wider synonym for Psyllium. It’s like saying that a pie has berries as well as mixed berries in it. This wouldn’t be such a bad thing if there were a few more ingredients in Fibra Detox, but because there are only three, this leaves the formula somewhat lacking.
Our Opinion:
Another qualm that we have with Fibra Detox is that it doesn’t have any ingredients that have even come close to showing that they raise your metabolism or help you lose weight. Even though we don’t think it’s necessary for a colon cleanser to help you lose weight, we think that Fibra Detox should live up to what it promises.
