What is Nature Cleanse?
Sold by multiple third party retailers and manufactured by Nature's Plus, Nature Cleanse claims that they provide a "multifaceted, fiber rich powder" that can cleanse the intestinal tract and revitalize the systems. They focus on ingredients such as rice fiber, prune fiber, and chitosan, and ironically enough, chitosan has nothing to do with colon cleansing. It has been used as a natural weight loss ingredient, but not as a colon cleanser.

Nature Cleanse ingredients include vitamin C, Butternut bark (Juglans cineria), Plantain fruit (Plantago major), Yellow Dock root (Rumex crispus), Blessed Thistle flower (Cnicus benedictus), Red Clover leaf (Trifolium pratense), Clove bud (Eugenia caryophyllata), Milk Thistle seed (Silybum marianum), Uva Ursi leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Cranberry fruit (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Cascara Sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana), Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus abelmoschus), Juniper berry (Juniperus oxycedrus), Senna leaf (Cassia senna), Slippery Elm bark (Ulmus rubra), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Cayenne fruit (Capsicum frutescens), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Parsley leaf (Petroselinum crispum), Alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa), Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Aloe Vera leaf and Apple Cider Vinegar, chlorophyll and trace mineral-rich foods: Chlorella (broken cell blue-green micro-algae), Spirulina algae (Spirulina platensis), Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus), Barley Grass juice (Hordeum vulgare), Pacific Kelp (Laminaria ).
What Else Should I Know about Nature Cleanse?
If you have noticed, most of these ingredients have nothing to do with colon cleansing. The ingredients they focus on are not powerful, and this is meant to put their best face forward. One of them isn't even related to colon cleansing at all. They use small proprietary blends, and it would only be a waste, even though this product is fairly cheap, to buy it.
